WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Training managers arrange and supervise training programs in an organization.

QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
You would generally require experience and skill as an official trainer prior to becoming a training manager. It can be an improvement if you have a postgraduate qualification or degree in a subject like communications, Human resources and business studies.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Your working time would generally be 9am to 5.30pm, Monday- Friday. You can sometimes require to be extra flexible, for e.g. to cover up residential workshops or courses, or if your association has a shift system.
