- Coordinating venue management, stand designers, caterers, equipment hire and contractors.
- Offers video conference support, conference rooms are committed, and ensuring meetings begin and end on time, to make sure meeting time is productive and effective.
- Schedules and coordinates large scale project meetings plus work sessions.
