- Assess training materials prepared through instructors, like text, outlines, and handouts.
- Recognize and evaluate training requirements of employees by conferring among supervisors and managers or conducting surveys.
- Focus meetings and seminars to acquire information helpful to educate staff and to inform administration of training goals and programs.
- Offer excellent client service to military through application and enrollment procedure.
- Observe and assess instructor presentation and preferred impact on participants.
- Support in the growth of arms training concepts, policies and products for the current and future forces.
- Check training costs to make sure budget is not exceeded and prepares report to validate expenditures.
- Complete appraisals, gather data from administration, design and apply the yearly regulatory training for every employee like meals, reserving space, training contractors, etc.
- Prepare and develop, or obtain, training process guides and manuals and course materials like handouts and visual resources.
- Conduct personal interviews to qualify candidates and to clarify academic curriculums.
- Coordinate the purchase and usage of exterior training facilities and services.
- Write and publish training customer guides and interactions to the section for system improvements.
- Increase long-range training ideas and policies, doctrine, training growth and support products.
- Manage interviews, appointments and applications in a timely and professional manner.
