- Coordinate the requests of diverse actors and theater production companies as they are performing at the theater.
- Hire, supervise, train, and fire of employees as necessary.
- Work closely among the theater manager to observe the everyday function of the theater.
- Plan and handle the annual operating budget for the theater and make sure that every renovations, purchases and recruitment necessities follow the budget.

- Work among the literary section on the youthful writers program.
- Work closely among props designer in approving and selecting drapery resources and other set dressing.
- Interact among the board of directors concerning the events and performances that will be held at the theater.
- Guide and deliver drama workshops in community settings among young people, children and adults.
- Work among director and education director to devise and carry a program of education work for the theater that reflects a promise to the idea of life-long learning and that presents a wide range of chances for people regardless of ethnic background, gender, age, culture and ability.
- Attend preview presentations and organize full notes for the cast and production and creative teams.
- Make sure fulfillment at every times with the theaters equivalent opportunities and safety strategies and practices.
