- Organizes yearly reports regarding the uncollectible accounts and status of the loan collection office.
- Examines delinquent loans, and decides when legal action must be taken, or compilation agencies used.
- Recognize skip/un-contact able clients and forward these for filed visits.
- Arrange daily and weekly improvement report.
