Job description of labor relations specialist includes following duties:

  • Help the labor relations director in increasing the agreements for employment at every level.
  • Manage every case of staff grievances, office harassment grievances and disciplinary actions before they expand into full-blown court events.
  • Conduct meeting across departments to clarify the code of discipline, either throughout direction of new hires or throughout revisions.

  • Coordinate among security department to make sure that resigned or terminated staff are procedures to retrieve company-assigned resources such as keys to lockers, cell phones, laptops, vehicles, gyms, rooms, executive offices, etc.
  • Help the labor relations head in formulate the strategy code of discipline for manager and labor relationship.
  • Coordinate among the legal department in any labor disputes and emerge in court for the company as necessary.
  • Increase and draft the employment agreements for regular, probationary and contractual employment at every level.
  • Structure, draft, review, and discuss company's business arrangements, with contracts among digital retailers and technology.
  • Expand and suggest to higher administration the approval and execution the company's code of discipline.
  • Supervise the handling of staff grievances, office harassment grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct administration conference across sections to clarify the code of discipline, either throughout orientation of fresh hires or during revisions monitor, manage, facilitate and offer reports on every functions connected with labor relations projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Recommend and support employees, managers and directors on procedures, policies, employee and labor relations, and connected legal subjects.
