Job description of branch manager includes following duties and responsibilities:
- Management and efficient every day function of a full service branch office, with lending, functions, customer service, product sales, and safety and security in accordance with the branch's objectives.
- Expand new business, offer a good level of client dealings and endorse the sales and service culture through guidance, coaching and employees motivation.
- Conducts every day sales and function appraisals and observes every deal complete in the company.
- Send various reports to the main branch and provides them updates of the company status.
- Serves as a leader to team of assistants and the one in charge of a specialist branch office.
- Manages the cases of some customer grievances which have been resolved from the supervisors.
- Informs every staff concerning working holidays, non working holidays, special non working holidays and other events which might affect the daily operation of the business.
- Identify and communicate priorities for fresh and ongoing evaluating activities.
- Keeps client and worker contact on the work area to make sure that quality service is being applied.
- Sustain sufficient levels of stock dependent on seasonality and sales.
- Makes a curriculum that would help to associates in doing a superior job and vigorously contributes in it.
- Conducts presentation assessment of associates and promotes them to do improve in the office.
- Make business improvement among small and medium size associations.
- Pursue the newest rules and regulations in the performance of the branch.
- Deals among client investigation to offer advice and quotes, and manages grievances.
- Expands and implements business budgets, policies, plans and events for the branch.
- Keep and observe business records and arrange financial reports and statements.
- Executes displays and encourages branch operations and business improvement
- Check carefully the branch status, recognize evils and proactively seeking.
- Recommends customers concerning investment, and interest rates and loan products.
- Executes business strategy covering compliance with security systems.
- Decides and expands the yearly budget for the every day expenses of the company branch.
- Keep price book and make sure goods are properly priced before being exhibited.
- Attending project development evaluation meetings among customer and consultants, appearance of project development reports communicating technical and commercial issues.
